Order → payment → automatic dispatch through the official smart contract on the TON network → Stars are credited to the recipient's Telegram account through the official Telegram API. Average time — 3 seconds from payment confirmation to the in-Telegram notification. The order page shows live status for every step in real time.
2 hours from creation. If the time is up, create a new order — the price is recalculated automatically. Paid an expired order and the Stars didn't arrive? Write to @heIIo_stars, this is a rare case and we resolve it individually — almost always we can either deliver or refund.
Not a problem. Send @heIIo_stars the transaction link (you can copy it straight from your GRAM wallet) and the @username the order was created for. We'll match the payment by amount and time and complete the order manually. Usually resolved within 1–3 minutes of writing.
Around 10 minutes after the referred order is completed. Payouts go to the GRAM wallet you set in the @krabggbot bot. Each payout triggers a bot notification with a TONviewer transaction link. No minimum threshold — your money from the very first Star.
Premium is a Telegram subscription with extended features: 4 GB file uploads, voice-to-text, up to 20 folders with 200 chats each, emoji statuses, exclusive stickers and more. Stars is the in-Telegram currency for paying bots, channels, reactions and gifts. Premium is sold for 3/6/12 months and activates on any @username — including your own.
Yes. KRAB.GG sells official Telegram giveaways for a channel with an @username, paid in rubles. After payment the giveaway appears in the channel menu under Statistics → Boosts. A channel admin launches it there and sets the end date; on that date Telegram picks the winners at random. A personal account or a bot won't work.
Stars: a pool of 500 to 1,000,000 Stars in fixed packages, split equally, with at least 100 Stars per winner. Premium: 1 to 24,000 subscriptions for 3, 6 or 12 months, one per winner. The calculator shows the price before payment.
Paste the top-up link from the account's Budget tab, enter the amount in GRAM and pay in rubles. GRAM goes straight to the ad account balance. The account can be yours or a client's, and you don't need access to it. Each account has its own minimum, which the calculator checks before payment; one order is up to 1,000 GRAM.
